Not every project is concerned with property appreciation, value add, or cashflow. In this case, we had the pleasure of working with clients who had a vision of creating a Center for the Arts.

The building was a convent in Moscow, Idaho at the time of the inspection. While well-maintained, many of the components were aging.

Knowing the vision of our client, we were able to evaluate the structures and provide the comprehensive knowledge they needed to bring the project to fruition.
