With a strong ICC code background in special inspections and a variety of other code certifications, nationally recognized certifications in InterNACHI and CCPIA, plus home inspector licenses in both Washington and Montana, our founder, Paul Duffau, is one of the most accomplished inspectors - residential or commercial - in the Inland Northwest.

He has also served on the Washington State Building Code Council and the Washington Home Inspector Licensing Advisory Board as a member and chairman.

As a gifted manager, Donna brings operational efficiency to Calibre to ensure our clients receive the premium service they deserve. Donna is also a former home inspector who handles building interior systems and life safety systems while on job sites.
